Since day one, Ideal Heating’s free Connect loyalty scheme has been at the heart of their commitment to championing gas heating engineers and installers across the UK.
With Connect, Gas Safe registered engineers* can register installations across the Ideal Heating domestic, Ideal Heating commercial and Keston ranges, to access rewards, training, special offers and much more!
In response to feedback, Ideal Heating are pleased to be re-launching the website with a brand-new look and better mobile functionality. Improved on-the-go access allows for easier installation registration so that installers can benefit from the maximum awards available.
The points-based scheme is designed to reward frequent installers of Ideal and Keston products. The scheme is categorised into three bandings, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each banding is based on the number of installations completed in a year, with more installations meaning more points. Points are redeemable for a wide range of items that would benefit installers, such as workwear, shopping vouchers, gadgets, and marketing support.
As Connect is run by Ideal Heating, installers can use both brands to count towards their overall total of installations, making it easier to achieve Gold status and benefit from the maximum points available.
In addition to the points increase, Connect will continue to provide Gas Safe notifications free of charge, instant warranty registration and inclusion on Keston’s ‘Find An Installer’ page on their website, offering direct leads from homeowners.
